Hey, I'm Steve. I write songs sometimes. I'm currently living in Rochester, NY. I will be releasing my debut LP "Hope Is All We Have" on Barn Burner Records in August of 2013. What an incredible fucking night.
Played one of my better sets to more people than I think I have ever played to before. I also got to see Caleb Lionheart play a full band set for the first time in forever. What was really fucking cool was when Pat The Bunny told everyone in the crowd how stoked he was to hear my song “Unfit Dullard” (the one about not using words to perpetuate social systems of oppression that got tons of negative anonymous feedback on this page) and how happy it made him that he wasn’t the only one at a show willing to say something about it. The approval of someone like him is nothing short of amazing.
Amazing friends, amazing music, amazing burritos. Albany treats me good every time. Thanks so fucking much. Seriously.
